• An active Texas real estate sales agent license (required). New licensees are welcome.
• A strong, active social media presence and comfort sharing homes, builders and communities online.
• Real interest in new construction: builders, master-planned communities, floor plans and incentives.
• Based in the Houston metro, including Katy, Cypress, Conroe and Richmond.
• Commission-only. Part-time is OK.

• Help buyers compare builders, communities and floor plans across the Houston metro.
• Get to know builder sales consultants and community teams.
• Walk clients through builder contracts, incentives, upgrades, inspections and closing timelines.
• Share new construction homes and communities on your social channels.
• Support the team on builder and developer listing work as you grow.
